I really like the product. However, the customer service from this seller is awful so be careful. This is the first time I have ever rated a seller before.Excellent product. I recommend it for teachers.The product has been useful and is sturdy. The only defect that I have noticed is the the lock on one of the wheels has fallen off.Needed assistance with set-up, otherwise it was great!Rusted board and legs! At first, I thought it was dirt, but realized after trying to wipe it off with a wet towel, it was rust! It would also seem logical to come with written step-by-step directions; instead of me having to look the picture up online and recreating it! I would not recommend this product. I also reached out for a refund due to the nature of not being able to easily assemble it, and instructed to send in pictures instead! I shouldn't have to go to this must trouble to assemble a product. Poor customer service! Poor construction!A wonderful board. Easy to set up and strong. A great addition to the classroom.I use this chart stand daily in my classroom. Durable, sturdy, construction. Love it!Love! Use daily in my classroom. My aide put it together really quickly too!!!
