I ordered this from MyOfficeInnovations. NIGHTMARE. The packaging was minimal and the box fell apart during shipping. I did not accept the delivery. It has been 9 days since UPS delivered the return shipment back to its origin and they are refusing to refund me. They have this story about a 3rd party vendor who they outsourced the sale to (what !?). Because this unknown party who I did *no business with* is not responding to them they are refusing to process the refund. I have had to file a claim with Amazon which will take a additional 2 weeks to process. In all this is a month of run around. I have been emailing and calling. As far as I can see they are being difficult just to be passive aggressive. Using phrases like "I would feel just like you do. I'm on your side on this." as if it is between 'us' and this for all I know fictitious 3rd party. Its not. The UPS tracking proves I returned the item. If they outsourced the sale that's not my concern. So my advice is to avoid MyOfficeInnovations if you are making this purchase. They will take your money and then tell you a story as to why they think they can keep it when you refuse to accept damaged goods. Totally unprofessional. The kind of yahoos you would expect on ebay.As far as the product goes the 30 seconds I saw of it on the UPS truck trashed in a corner with half a box, you know it looked like a good design.
