For business use. Tool was purchased for a "new to the industry" carbide toolmaker. The new toolmaker and his trainer said this is a good indicator, reacts well and are overall satisfied with its performance (after approximately 4 weeks of use). The base is "okay," isn't quite up to our standards but will work for a beginner/apprentice toolmaker. Overall: Nice indicator and stand for the price; would purchase again.
