I purchased 2 sets of these for storage and they are great. I stacked 7 of these on top of each other in a closet and used for my son baby clothes. I used the other 5 as 2 over 3 for stoage. They come with screws to connect them together. They are definitely sturdy.They do come in pieces and you have to put them together. They do have weight to them.
