I got this so I could see gps on my phone while using music via Bluetooth in my 2023 gladiator, because the CarPlay feature is basically worthless due to connection issues and distorted audio.The package didn’t come with any instructions but I found a video with a quick google. Pop some trim, pull a couple screws and that’s it. Easy install. Bonus was that I was able to tuck the power cable behind everything relatively cleanly with no cutting or modification. If I didn’t a usb cable would be dangling all the time, which would make me crazy.I put it on the passenger side because it covered part of the screen when it was on the driver side.The magnet seems strong enough but time will tell with that. I’m using it with a MagSafe otterbox case on an iPhone 12.Pretty expensive for a phone mount, but definitely a super clean design for people who don’t like a lot of big swing arms and clutter. I hope it lasts!
