I didn't notice that shapes were made out of foam and not wood until they arrived. But thankfully they used quality materials. My nephew uses them to play with and sometimes on his online classes and he really likes them.We home-school and needed geometric solids for Saxon math. These are fantastic! They are look-alike foam. They are durable, but very light weight, not heavy like real wood. All arrived intact and as pictured. I like how this set includes more than the standard sphere, cube, cylinder, pyramid, cone, and rectangular solid.I can see how these would be popular with babies, toddlers, and pets for chewing. So I advise storing them accordingly.I really love the foam pieces in terms of look, feel, and variety.However, it is a rather high price for what it is.Fairly small figures.These weren’t what I expected. They were too small but I used them.Perfect foam shapes to practice at home with our son!I should have read the title before ordering. I thought these were wood but they are foam. Sadly I cannot use them.As Described
