I like the look and feel of it. Feels heavy and well made. The top is a little small for blooming tea but works ok. The lid is not quite big enough and water goes above the lid if you fill it to the top.Worth the price it sells for. Nice conversation pice.Nothing broke. Everything came on time. I just wish I knew how to put it together. Other then that amazingThe ball doesn’t seal very well leaking large amounts of tea while steeping. The design needs re-engineering. I liked the idea and looks of it, unfortunately, the functionality is not there:/I bought this as a valentines day gift. We put it together following the instructions on the page. It leaks. The metal ball doesn't create enough of a seal to hold the water in. So while your tea is seeping, it's actually leaking into the pot below. Also, if you wanna sneak a cup, dont even think about it if you don't want a messYou literally have to get out a toolbox to disassemble the product in order to put the magnetic ball inside so it can work. Awful design.Love the look of this tea pot! It leaked out the bottom at first but works well!Perfect gift for my mom! I was nervous about how it would handle the shipping but there were no issues at all! It's packaged in thick foam inside the box so it stays perfectly safe. I liked that the magnetic ball and strainer were pushed into the foam and circled with a marker so I wouldn't miss them. There was a delay in shipping but that's more due to the northern BC weather, road washouts and the current world shipping delays. The seller was quick to respond, and very polite in all dealings. I wasn't able to get any pictures during the party chaos but I will be ordering one for myself since I love it so much
